SOLD OUT! Join the Garden Movement

March 2, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - March 5, 2023 @ 2:00 pm

$730

Join Penny Olsen – movement coach, Kath Irvine – organic food gardener and Ange Palmer – medical herbalist , for a 3 day getaway, rich in learning and restoration. This is a small, intimate gathering – we have space for 10 participants.

At the heart of our teachings, is connection, and together we’ll explore simple, practical tools to deepen your relationship to your body, your garden + yourself

  • Tend to your body while you tend to your plants.  Penny helps you cultivate new movement habits that will transform your gardening life.
  • Keep it simple! Kath unwinds your worried mind and shows you how easy your food garden can be. Slow down and listen to what your plants and land are telling you.
  • Nature’s medicines are all around us – Ange introduces some herbal + native healers and guides us in breathwork + yoga to help let the outside world go and connect with your inner self.

Slowing down is the path to connection. This is an important part of our weekend together and we’ve left plenty of space to walk and swim and rest and play and most importantly, to be.
