My consult service is here to make sure your edible gardens are designed well and running smoothly. If you're beginning from scratch I'll get you started off on the right foot - smart design is the key to success! If aspects of your food gardens aren't working for you I'll find ways to improve your set up
Invite me to your place for a consult and I'll:
- answer your edible gardening questions
- provide you with design ideas for new or problem areas
- teach you how to get your food gardens running like a charm
While we talk I'll sketch plans, write plant lists and make "how to" notes for you to keep.
Price: 1.5 hour consult = $150.00 plus gst; plus travel outside of Horowhenua

Fruit Tree Pruning: for strong healthy trees, for fruit you can reach, for abundant crops.
To train young trees (the key pruning time); or restore old ones. Book in your winter prune in May.

Garden Visits... for your edible gardening inspiration!
Get excited about growing food with a guided tour of my permaculture inspired, edible gardens. We'll wander the potager, orchard, chooks, subtropicals, vegie beds and compost area. Learn about each area and how it is connected to the rest of the garden. Learn about the special purpose plants I'm using to make my work load easier and my soil stronger. See my garden in action... get a chance to ask your burning questions!
A tour takes 60 - 90 minutes. Minimum number is 12, maximum number is 35.
PRICE: Guided walk - $10 per head. Guided walk with homemade morning/ afternoon tea - $15.00 per head
